DTG printing (Direct to Garment) is the best type of printing method for clothing. It deposits special ink directly into the item. No one else in Montreal offers DTG printing! Unlike other printing methods, such as silk screening or vinyl there are no limitations as to what you can do with DTG printing. This allows us to print any type of design onto your shirts. Our competitors cannot offer what we can offer. With our state of the art and very expensive DTG machines, we can do what others can't. This is the best quality printing method available in the industry. DTG (Direct to Garment) is without a doubt the best method to print on clothing. Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution, or DPI, than traditional printing methods such as screen printing. Unlike screen printing (which is vastly inferior to DTG), DTG has the ability to print just one single shirt for minimal cost. DTG has a stronger bond between garment fibers pigmented inks, resulting in longer lasting prints and a better durability.

WHAT IS DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG) PRINTING? DTG is the BEST printing method. With Direct to Garment (DTG) you're able to have UNLIMITED COLOURS with UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES . The DTG ink is printed directly INTO the shirt so it looks and feels really natural. DTG is especially amazing with colourful portraits, or images. Most printing shops do not have Direct to Garment printing (for many reasons) so be very careful . The competition uses a technique called TRANSFER PAPER. Please be very careful of print shops using transfer paper which is basically a printed paper that is stuck onto the shirt. Can you imagine how this will look and feel? Miserable!!| PROS | CONS |

WHAT IS EMBROIDERY? Embroidery is when we stitch your design into the clothing or hats. Embroidery has its limitations but it's also really amazing. Please keep in mind that the threads are solid colours so you cannot embroider designs that have colourful shadings or lots of tiny details. Another thing to also keep in mind is that whenever we embroider, we need to "digitize" the logo so that the embroidery machine is programmed to know how to stitch the logo/design.
Digitizing is basically programming and telling the machine how to stitch the logo. The digitizing fee is INCLUDED in the price of the garment for logos and designs that have up to 10 000 stitches. We will always try to match your colours as close as possible to your design, but we are limited to the threads we have so the colours might not be 100% accurate.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY TIMES: We carry most items in store thus allowing us to print them right away, but some items are NOT carried in stock so we would need to order them from our supplier. This is why on some items we have a longer delivery or pick up time.

VINYL PRINTING? Although DTG printing the the best printing method, approx 10% of the time it's better that we use vinyl for certain orders we get. There are many variables why we would choose Vinyl over DTG but rest assured that we will only use vinyl when it's the better option. Please be aware that we only use German Turbo Vinyl which is the best quality on the market. Most other printing places use cheap Chinese Vinyl that will crack and peel after a few washes. Our German Turbo Vinyl will not crack or peel.
UPDATES: When you place an online order you will get 4 emails. The 1st email is your Order Confirmation. The 2nd email is to tell you when we have started production (and which employee is doing your order). The 3rd email is to tell you when your order is ready for pick up (or that your order has been shipped). The 4th email is to give you the Purolator tracking # (if you agreed to have it shipped).
